Toll contractor refers to a business arrangement where one company provides its raw materials to a specialized third-party manufacturer, know and the toller, for processing into a finished or intermediate product.
In this model, the client retains ownership of the materials throughout the production cycle and pays a service fee for the transformation process. This arrangement allows companies to leverage the toller’s specialized equipment and labor without owning the physical manufacturing assets, enabling them to scale production and manage costs effectively.
In 1995 our company transitioned from a “Toll Contractor” to a “Dedicated Contractor”.
Dedicated Contractor refers to a business arrangement where one company provides its raw materials to a specialized third-party manufacturer for processing into a finished product, but in this model the client maintains ownership of the materials, the equipment, the technology and pays a service fee”.
We are a dedicated contractor that provides the service of packaging refrigerant gases to one of the global leaders in the industry. We are the largest blending and packaging site in North America for our customer. We have been in business for over 45 years. We can package and ship the refrigerant gases from railcars to tank trailers, bulk containers, refillable cylinders, disposable and small returnable containers.
