Contracted Operations/LP Human Rights Policy guarantees the organization’s commitment to respecting, protecting and promoting the fundamental huma rights of all individuals involved in our operation. Our policy establishes expectations for ethical conduct, fair treatment and responsible business practices.
Our policy applies to all personnel employed by or engaged to provide services to CO/LP including but not limited to employees, officers and temporary employees, contractors, subcontractors, customers and suppliers the company conducts business with.
Anti-Corruption Policy
Contracted Operations is committed to work in an environment that is free from corruption, bribery, conflict of interest or fraud. Contracted Operations will not be associated with any company that could be mentioned on any major sanctions list or involved in any case of corruption.
Whistleblower policy
No officer of the company or employee who makes a good faith report under our whistleblower policy or who cooperates as part of inquires or investigations suffer harassment, retaliation or adverse employment consequences.
